Progressive Building and Management Company has actively been engaged in the management of real estate for over 40 years. The company was founded in 1981 with the sole intent of providing the highest quality professional property management services available. Forty years later, we have grown into a full-service real estate management and brokerage company, with the ability to meet the challenges of today.

The Company is led by its President, Richard H. Dinar, a Certified Property Manager, and Licensed Real Estate Broker. Dinar brings over 40 years of experience and leadership to The Progressive Team. Richard holds the designation of Certified Property Manager (CPM) from the Institute of Real Estate Management and is licensed as a New Jersey Real Estate Broker. He is an active member of both the local and national chapters of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), New Jersey Apartment House Association, New Jersey Board of Realtors, and the Community Associations institute (CAI).

In addition to its property management division, Progressive provides commercial real estate brokerage, with special emphasis on client representation in office and industrial leasing, and extensive residential brokerage, with special strength on new construction.
